nephi and his family were in the same circumstance, why do you think nephi consistently remained faithful when his family wavered?
--> simply put, nephi had taken the time in his life to understand the mind of God. he had so much faith in the promises of the Lord that nothing, not even persecution from those he loved most, could allow him to waver or turn from that which he knew to be right and good. THAT, my friends is my ultimate goal. if i can master that, i will be one happy lady.
