what did you learn from these verses today?
--> one insight i love from this story is in verse 17, when king limhi gathers the people together at the temple to hear him speak. i love the temple. i love the symbolism of the temple. i love that i learn something new every time i go there. i love that the temple is such a holy place of peace and comfort, set apart from the world. i love the connection to hearing the words of the prophet and the temple. we don't have to go to the temple to hear the voice of the Lord. we can hear it through His prophets on the earth, we can hear it through personal revelation, we can hear it in so many ways if we are searching for it. i am grateful for the temple and the beauty therein.
